Lucky Strike Getting Ready For Auction Ad 1942 This is a March 2, 1942 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from The American Tobacco Company. This picture in this ad was painted from life on a Southern farm by Aaron Bohrod. One in a series of notable paintings of the tobacco country by America's foremost artist. It shows two men preparing tobacco for auction. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 9 1/2 wide by 12 1/4 tall.
