Lucky Strike Grading Leaf Painting Ad 1943 This is a November 20, 1943 advertisement. It is a nice color ad from Lucky Strike and The American Tobacco Company. This is a picture painted by Peter Hurd titled Grading Leaf. Painted from life on a Caroline Farm. Shows a man and woman inside a cabin examining leaves of tobacco. Great picture. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This original magazine tear sheet measures 13 1/2 inches wide by 10 1/2 inches tall.
