An antique Iban statue, the warrior is carved entirely from a single Ironwood trunk, he is seen wearing his traditional loincloth and holding hishunting spear. Extremely heavy. Sarawak Borneo. Circa 1930. Natural lines on the statue due to extreme age and a chipped area at the base but otherwise a lovely sculpture from the past and rock solid!
