This is a nice clean vintage 8" slip-joint combination pliers marked "McKaig-Hatch Inc. Buffalo N.Y. U.S.A. No. 538.  These pliers have the flat and rounded serrated jaws with the wire cutter feature nearest the pivot pin.  They are in very good working order, very little wear, nice handle grip design and about 70% chrome plating is intact!
