This booklet is to be used in accordance with the cookbooklets in a series by the Culinary Arts Institute. The little numbers beside each menu idea is the number of the cookbooklet that the recipe is written in. There are many pictures in the book. The first and last pages show foxing as does the front cover and it has a couple small tears in it along with a bend mark in the corner. There appears to be a name written in ink on the front cover but I can't make it out. This cookbook appears to have not been used. We consider it to be in excellent condition. It measures approximately 8 3/4 x 6 inches wide.
