Mid-century Carstens West German art pottery vase, in creamy yellow with organic tans and browns, and gold metallic rim. Carstens Tonnieshof made high quality art pottery 1945-1984. This small vase has beautiful handmade quality, a bulbous design that blooms with browns and tans around the bottom, and a smooth, glossy finish. The bottom is embossed with the Carstens double house logo and the number 414, and has "West-Germany" in gold lettering. It measures about 3.5 inches high and 4.5 inches in diameter. Condition is excellent. Shipping / packaging is estimated to be $7 - $13.
