Mid-Century Composition Owl Coin Bank with  Sleepy Eyes.   It is some kink of plastic composition and comes with the stopper that opens with a turn.    It is brown and mustard yellow with orange black eyes and white stipes over it's head.   Measures 5 inches high.  The condition is excellent for age.   No damage.   It un-marked and I don't know who made it.
