Minnesota Pitcher Exceptionally Nice. This is a lovely pitcher, unmarked, but looks a lot like California Pottery. It has the name Minnesota in black print on the front and near the top of the pitcher. Underneath is a nice picture of a young person, just the head and shoulders, of a young person smoking a pipe. The hair is black, and they are wearing a dark blue bonnet. The pipe is black and there is blue smoke wafting from the pipe. The pitcher is done in very light brown. The handle is twisted. A lovely pitcher just as it is, or for milk or beverage, or could hold a nice bouquet of flowers. Would make a nice gift. It measures 6 1/2" high, 16" around at the widest part and the top measures 5" from the end of the spout to the handle. Has one very tiny chip 1/8" on the rim otherwise in excellent condition. Would guess this pitcher to be from 1970's.
