This is a nice clean saw set pliers not marked by maker, but in comparision is like a  MORRILL's PAT. FEB. 24 & DEC. 14.80.  The main difference is that this one has shorter handle area.  This one is 6.25" long overall. All the settings and adjustments are in very good working condition, including a good strong spring. Clean, not rusty, some silver color rust inhibitor brushed on the main surfaces.
