Native American Silver Turquoise T-bird Bolo

This is a unsigned silver trapezoid piece with a textured surface background that holds a raised Thunderbird of a smooth surface that is inlaid with turquoise. There is a bit of matrix in the stone on the left wing. In the pictures it looks like a chip but it is not damaged in any way. The raised border has a smooth surface.
The tips are silver as well. The cord is braided leather. It is 1 ½ inches long and the top line is 1 15/16 inches long.
The condition is excellent.
