 RARE ANTIQUE ART DECO 1930's NATTY CREATIONS PAT. PENDING BRASS JEWELS OF INDIA GRIPOIX GLASS BROOCH PIN OR SCARF HOLDER  It is signed   NATTY CREATIONS, PAT. PENDINGVERY        It 3 1/4" in lenght.   The condition is very good to excellent.   It is very versital as it can be worn as a brooch or scarve holder.
