The blade boasts a tapering double-edged design with a medial ridge, which would have made it an incredibly effective weapon in battle. MEASUREMENTS: Overall length: 16.3 cm (6.42inches)
CONDITION: In excavated conditions, the tip is broken, as is common in combat bronze blades. No cracks or repairs. The surface is covered by its natural green patina and earth encrustation.
PROVENANCE: Ex-private old Canadian collection of antiques and antiquities formed in the 1980s.
