Hand Made Sterling Bead Necklace: This lovely necklace has generated much debate. We can see that the beads are handmade. They range in size from about 7 1/2MM to just smaller than 15MM. They are strung on a chain with a hand crafted clasp. The clasp resembles an "Add A Bead" clasp. But we think it dates from early in the century. It has "SS" stamped on it. We believe the beads are very early also. We have not cleaned these beads to a bright shiney surface. That way, you can see the seams where the beads were put together. It was black when we got hold of it! It is really a lovely necklace. The chain is approx. 30". The shipping fees quoted are for priority/Insured in USA only.
