This is one of three pieces that were sold to me as "runway" jewelry. After more questions and clarifications, I think we have narrowed it down a bit more! These pieces may have been used in a photo shoot for a magazine that was shot on location in south Texas. The lady thought it was some time in the 1970's. But, who really knows? I don't! It is a nice story though! They do appear to be hand crafted. The metal is not sterling or copper but some kind of jewelers white metal, brass and a copper colored metal and the beads are plastic. There is oxidation to the metal. It is approx. 25" long and the largest oval shape is approx. 3 1/2"X2 1/2" across. The medallions have hand stamped designs all over them.
