This reminds me of an austrian piece. She is set in porcelain? and has claw settings. The repousse gilt metal backing really frames her as if she as a portrait in a fine museum. These measure 1 1/4” long and are screw on. You can tell these are well loved and taken care of and will really be an asset to any woman’s wardrobe.
