News Of The Air Ad 1928 This is an October 1928 advertisement. It is a nice black and white ad about aviation. Shows picture of the largest heavier than air machine in the world from England. 75 feet long. Powered by two Rolls Royce engines at 650 HP each. Each wheel is eight feet in diameter. Also shows glider that broke an American record and stayed aloft for four hours and five minutes on a continuous soaring flight. Also shows Germanys Great Zeppelin. Most interesting information about each., plus pictures. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/2 inches wide by 14 inches tall.
