Nineteenth Century Oil On Canvas, Unsigned, "Beatrice Cenci Portrait"

Unavailable

Oil on canvas, nineteenth century, unsigned, of Beatrice Cenci, an unfortunate soul who was executed along with other members of her immediate family in a famous case that can be found if you GOOGLE her name. The original painting was done by Guido Reni along with versions of her in jail awaiting her sentence to be carried out. This work is well executed (apologize for the pun) and is in its original period frame.
