Early Roman 700 B.C. To 500 B.C. Fashions Framed Pochoir Book Plate No. 13 - - WPA Museum Extension Project, Pittsburgh PA. The numbered plate is 8 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches high.

It is in a 17" x 14" frame with glass. Pochoir- French term for stencil. Applied to a class of print hand-coloured through a series of carefully cut out stencils

The condition is good for age. There is a red mark near the man's mouth that does not look like it belongs. It was framed like this.
