Antique 18th-century American Revolutionary War Era pair of leather saddle holsters for a large flintlock pistol. Each holster is made of thick, hand-stitched formed leather and fitted at the end with a brass cap connected to the leather by iron rivets. The brass cap is ornamented with two engraved bands.

CONDITION: It shows signs of usage but is in good condition considering its age of 250 years. The leather yoke connecting holsters is missing, and two rivets on one of the holster brass caps are missing.
