A very unusual silver mounted antique 19th century Southeast Asian, Burmese or Thai dagger (Dha, Daab, Dah) with a Tiger tooth pommel and very rare type, sturdy, tapered, double-edged blade of a waving (flamboyant) form in the style of the Indonesian keris – kris.
The blade is hand forged from Damascus steel with an excellent quality watered pattern.
The hilt of a rare form consists of a shaped solid silver guard engraved with scrolls and a solid silver three-stage tubular grip decorated with engraved rings and surmounted with a pommel made of large Tiger tooth.

MEASUREMENTS:
Overall length: 24 cm (9.45 inches).

CONDITION: In very good condition. It shows its age and use.
