Our lovely, impressively sized porcelain vase (32 in, 81 cm) with cobalt blue glazed finish features hand-painted birds and foliage outlined in gilding on a light violet ground, with gilding along the rim and decorating the base as well.  Apparently unsigned. Maker is unknown.  Condition is good.  There is noticeable wear to the gilding throughout, including at the rim, in the painted decorations of bird and foliage and at the base.
