Classic majolica arts and crafts tile from J. & J.G. Low Patent Art Tile Works, c. 1881 in a superior deep rich brown glaze. The tile is in good condition with a shallow right edge glaze nick about midway up as shown. The tile is in deep relief and is a very strong design.
