Antique leopard or jaguar ring that is really something. It sticks up very high. And has remarkable detail. It has a little nick in one ear . It is a size 7 to 7.25. There is a inconspicuous seam just under the chin on the creature to make it easier to fit but it only allows a very minimal flexibility.
It is genuine from the early 20th century from the estate of my great auntie who traveled extensively and brought back a lot of old goodies from far flung exotic locations. This is just one of the items we found in an old camphor chest I inherited. It is in very nice condition. No wear showing no significant darkening either. It does have an age crack on a portion of one side...and there is a small faint area of darkening which is to be expected on these antique pieces. It is priced lower with this in mind. From the back of the shank to the tip of the ear it is 33 mm.
