A rare antique Chinese Qing Dynasty KANGXI PERIOD (1662-1722) Famille Noire biscuit, porcelain Kendi Vessel of globular form with a bulbous spout and a long neck. The kendi is decorated in wonderful and exuberant raised polychrome enamels with scrolling flowers and dense foliage sprays on a black ground. Bordered by a band of stylized lappets above the foot and a ruyi-head band to the shoulder.

MEASUREMENTS:

Height: 25 cm (9,84 inches).
Width including spout: 17.5 cm (6.89 inches).
