Antique " Latest Style"  Czech  Glass Buttons on Card Art Deco Fancy  Baby Blue with swirls and gold .  There are 12 original glass ovate shape buttons with an impressed swirl design and trimmed with gold leaf.     The each measure 12mm x 15 mm  They condition is excellent. Never used.  

The color is not quite as dark at show in the pictures
