Unusual art nouveau design from the English maker T&R Boote, c. 1890-1900. The tile is molded and also intaglio carved and finished in strong majolica glazes. It is in very good condition but for vertical surface scratches near left and right edges from previous installation; fine, glossy glaze.  Please write with any questions you may have.
