Lovely antique art nouveau floral design from the English maker The Henry Richards Tile Co. Ltd., with registration number on back dating the design to 1904. The tile depicts a stylized flower in rich golds, greens and brown translucent glazes and is in excellent condition with little wear. I have two of these tiles, both equally nice; please specify which you are interested in and feel free to write with any questions you may have.
