Antique English art nouveau majolica tile from The Henry Richards Tile Company, c. 1903, depicting a stylized torch-like  triple flower on deep green field; the tile is unusual in that the molded lines have been overglazed in black rather giving the tile the look of a stained glass window. It is a design that really grows on you. The tile is in excellent condition with the lower right corner clipped for original installation--bright glossy glaze on a super design.
