This is a nice clean double blade, adjustable food or vegetable chopper knife. It's turned hardwood handle is nice, black painted, well attached and good sharp cast steel blade. It is marked by the maker PAT DEC. 27 1887 with no maker's name. The wing nut holds good in various spacing positions of the parallel spread, and is shown in the picture able to open wide open for cleaning. A nice design, very heavy duty, good quality steel blades, and works great! It measures 7 inch high x 6 inch wide cutter overall.
