Superb jugendstil relief molded tile by the German maker, Meissner Ofen und Porzellanfabrik vormals Carl Teichert, Meissen, featuring a super-stylized design of a butterfly or moth, in four translucent, glossy glazes.  Tile is in very good condition with surface rubs mainly along the raised white lines outlining the figure and a small corner rub at lower right.
