Antique glass paperweight of The Capital Wisconsin , Souvenir.     Very old black white photograph framed and encased in this rectangular glass paperweight.   The bottom is closed by paper that has been given a wood grain appearance.   It measures 4" x 2.5" x 1".   There are some scratches to the top of the glass.   The photo looks to have some water stain that is very faint.
