Antique Indian Islamic solid silver rose water sprinkler (Gulab Pash -Gulab-Jaldaani)/ 19th century Northern India.
The sprinkler of typical Mughal form ,rising from splayed domed foot pierced and chiseled with leafy pattern, to baluster form body ornamented with finely hand repousse in relief, chased and engraved with a row of lotus petals and central lobed cartouche and scrolling foliage, overcame by intricate top adorned by pronounced twisted ring ,urn form of acanthus leaves with stepped foot rested on circular base, surmounted by a long-tapered faceted neck with curved stem terminating on the end to a flower form sprinkler head.
The base stamped with silversmith mark.
