Intricate seven-color 8"x8" (the tile actually measures 7 13/16" square) neo-gothic rope and floral design enamelled on a heavy buff clay body from Minton Hollins & Co., c. 1860-1875. The tile is in very good condition with a lower right corner glaze chip; other light wear around lower left corner and slight loss to green enamel in top register mainly near right . A rare example in very good condition considerating the relief in which it is molded and its age. Please write with any questions you may have.
