Antique MORIMURA BROTHERS NIPPON BOWL HANDPAINTED HAZELNUT DESIGN Large

Antique MORIMURA BROTHERS NIPPON  BOWL HAZELNUT  Large Center Piece Bowl .  It is hand painted WITH A PICTURE OF LEAVES AND HAZELNUT DESIGNS, IT IS DONE IN SHADES OF GREEN, PEACH, BEIGE AND BROWNS . It has leaves and nuts on the inside and leaves on the the border of the outside. The very edge is trimed in a moraige off white ring.     On the bottom it has the green ‘M in Wreath’ mark which is the symbol of the Morimura Brothers (later to become Noritake) and dates from 1911 to 1921.. 

It is 8.5" across the top and 3.5" from the foot ring to the top edge.    The condition is very good.  There are no cracks or chips.
