Antique Islamic Mosque Form Box in Fruitwood and Brass

Unavailable
Our charming model of an Islamic mosque dates from the late nineteenth century and features five removeable room domes each with metal alems with crescent moon finials. Possibly used for storing tobacco or souvenirs.
With a lovely, warm patina and noticeable wear consistent with age, including scratches, dents, small losses, warping and old restorations. Apparently unsigned, and likely of continental origin.
