THis antique painted porcelain brooch holds a dark haired beauty with a purple slower in her hair. Alphonse Mucha was a Czech Art Nouveau painter and decorative artist frequently known for painting beautiful young women in flowing, vaguely Neoclassical-looking robes, often surrounded by lush flowers which sometimes formed halos behind their heads.The raise hand painted trim on her dress shows in some of the photos as you can see.
