Antique Oil Can Mini Jeweler Pin oiler Patented 1895

Unavailable

The is a nice clean, unique, with elaborate contours, antique mini oil can marked "PAT. APR. 23.95 MADE IN U.S.A." on the lower ring near mid-section on the cast rings. There is a hard to read additional patent that I believe is 1896, but might be 1898.  This model has the 3-sections the top is a thread needle oiler holder that also covers/protects the needle like oiler spout.  The needle part is designed to fit into the end of the spout to help keep it in good repair, protect it from bending. It's in really nice shape!  The end cap has some minor dings (none effecting the threads or purpose for the thread cap/needle holder, no rust.  The max base diameter is .8" diameter.  The height is under 3.17 tall, with a nice slightly curved spout.  An ornate, hard to find, patented, jeweler's needle oiler with fancy pattern main oil can!

May also be useful for fishing reels and gun care.
