Antique Pre-Columbian Mayan, circa 200 AD to 600 AD, reddish terracotta fragment of head mask with large eyes and ear spools.

CONDITION: The item shows signs of age and use with patina and earthen deposits. It is also chipped. 

DIMENSIONS: Height: 3.2 cm (1 1/4 in).

PROVENANCE: The object came from a private Canadian collection of antiques and was sold by a reputable Canadian auction house in the 1980s.
