Antique Rococo Revival large doll bed wood slats doweled sides

This is a fabulous large antique doll bed that is all hand doweled with a wood slat bottom. All the pieces of the bed are original except the leather bottom which appears to have been added at a later date. I would guestimate this to be 1850 to 1875. ( you can google rococo revival beds and see some a lot like this). The wood is a dark wood ( maybe mahogany?). The doll, which is NOT included, measures 16" long. I put her in there so you can see how much room you have to put a doll. This is such a wonderful old piece. I can only imagine the many french bebe dolls that laid their heads on this. A child's treasure and now it can be yours to pass onto your children. It is good and sturdy and has gentle wear to the edges of the wood. I have more photos up close if you want to convo me. I could not get enough photos in to show closeups. This will have to be packed carefully so shipping should be about $25-$35.00. I will only charge actual shipping. once we have it packed I will tell you if there is a difference in the price quoted when you check out.
