THis late 1800's brooch with antique locket holds a beautiful story of a generation of women. Passed on from mother to mother. In the 50's, the daughter joined the service and her mother kept this locket with a catholic crucifix inside to keep her safe. The photo is original to the locket even though the locket is older. It was in the family until their were no more heirs. The brooch is gold filled and a beauty at that. With this locket holds a family of strong women who made history for us.
