Antique Victorian Mourning Belt Paste buckle

This antique belt buckle is made of rhodium plate and paste rhinestones. The belt is black which was proper for the mourning period in the Victorian era. It measures 31" when fully closed and is 1 1/4" at its widest. What a neat old piece of victorian history this!
