Our client's finely crafted silver-clad screen after the original by Edgard Brandt (1880-1960) entitled The Oasis that debuted at the Exposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs et Industriels Modernes in Paris.  Five panels each 82 by 24 by 3 1/2 inches (6 feet 10 inches by 2 feet) and overall width 10 feet.  This fine copy of the original dates from the third or fourth quarter of the 20th century and is crafted from hand-shaped 36 guage silver shaped over wood.Measurements: Height: 6 ft. 10 in. x Width: of each panel 24 in. x Depth: 3 1/2 in.  In good condition with rubbing wear to the silver and gilt decorations, nicks, scattered small breaks and lifts of the silver at the edges.
