OLD Celluloid butterscotch animated Figural PIN

This early reindeer brooch has an open filigree work that actually has a raised design on all the celluloid. IT might be hard to see in the photos but when you see him in person you can see this is not your average celluloid brooch. A lot of work went into making it. The face is beyond adorable! He measures 2 1/4" long with the bell and 1 3/4" wide.Notice that he is not flat, but arched in the shape of a leaf. Other than the bell not being as bright as the day it was made and one tiny piece ( about 1/16th of an inch)missing off the top of his antler, he is in very good condition. These old figurals in celluloid butterscotch are not easy to come by. Especially ones as adorable as this. Vintage and antique items are not mint nor are they perfect.
