The print measures 7" x 5". The mat is 12" x 10".
The condition is very good. The print is excellent. The mat looks a bit worn in that the texture has been flatted out in a few areas. Although this kind of stuff won't be notice once it is framed behind glass.
I don't see a signature or maker mark. It could be on the edge behind the mat but I am not going to peal it off and risk tearing it.
