OLD mini vase with handpainted floral & gold accents. Nice old porcelain miniature vase with cobalt bisque bottom design & glazed upper. Marked on the bottom with what looks like VI 1131, but is hard to make the mark out correctly. I would guess this to be from the late 1800's. Aprox 8 x 3 1/4. It is in excellent condition, but has gold wear. Appears to be a Continental piece.
