Old porcelain matchbox holder and matchbox. Wonderfully painted pink floral and blue design on this old matchbox. It is probably from the late 1800's. The porcelain is on brass. It has some corner damage to the porcelain, but I still consider this excellent. It has all 4 sides open to use the strikers on the matchboxes. 2 1/4 x 1 1/2 x 3/4"Quail Brand Safety Match Box. Original to this item. There are no matches in this, but it is cute with the 2 Quails.
