Oldsmobile Sky-Diver Ad 1944 This is a September 4, 1944 advertisement. It is a great color ad from Oldsmobile, Division of General Motors, with nice graphics from an early magazine. It reads,Sky-Diver, with bombs and cannon, Official insigne of the 500th Fighter Bomber Squadron U.S.Army Air Forces. To the daring fighter plane pilots who dive through the enemy's flak to blast and bomb his ground installations, Oldsmobile respectfully dedicates this page. Oldsmobile makes the cannons that are on these planes. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures 10 1/2"" wide by 14"" tall.
