Lovely hand tooled Tooled Leather Wallet or Wristlet Purse with Mirror, From Mexico.  ( Hecho en Mexico) .  It is vintage but in excellent condition for age.   Decorated with vines and roses, large zipper compartment on the outside, coin holder on the inside  with a stop closure,  another zippered pocket with a leather loop pull. and places to side in cards or paper,and the special feature is a mirror.   Plus there is a nice button latch closure mechanism on the outside.   There is decorative leather strap border stitches holding is all together.     This is one of the nicer wallets I have come across.   The issue that takes if from beint pristine is that the brass zippers and the front clasp is no longer bright and shinny.
