Leaf Shape Ashtray that is Pale Blue that moves into the lighter frosted  opal or moonglow rim.  There reverse cut lines from the bottom and the part that is meant to hold the cigarette is off set.  It is 4.5" long and 2.75" wide.  The condition is excellent.
