OPAL necklace Victorian cameo Victorian carved Portrait LARGE pendant Antique 9ct gold filigree hand carved greek woman genuine stone

This is a most beautiful  opal carved cameo pendant that hangs from a gold filled chain. Really quite a gorgeous heavy ornate  piece with pierced metal work in 9ct gold. Not a small piece either ( 2" Long) she hangs from a gold filled 18" chain ( added later)  The pendant is really well made and is in very good condition. Possibly a custom piece with the genuine opals. I am not sure what the turquoise color center stone that is carved is, but it is cold to the touch.  One of the more ornate pieces I have seen. It is one that will surely draw attention and bring you many compliments.I am guessing at the date so please keep that in mind.
